Join us for 3 days of Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness in the peaceful grounds of Govinda Valley, for a blissful weekend away.
During this retreat we will be exploring different meditation techniques for a peaceful mind in this busy world, releasing tension in the mind and body with long luxurious restorative yoga classes, balancing with gentle Vinyasa Yoga to bring energy back into the body.
In between classes you can pamper yourself with a massage and reiki, or explore the surrounding waterfalls, beaches, and beautiful walks.
You will enjoy a healthy variety of vegetarian and vegan food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus tea and snacks provided, all included in the price.
This retreat is suitable for beginners or those already practising yoga and meditation.
