Waffle-icious & Nutritious!
3 cups stone ground flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cups coconut milk or almond milk
1/4 cup coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla extract
Fresh berries on top (puree raspberries for an extra drippy texture)

While I don’t normally encourage sugar in your diet, if you are looking for an extra special treat this only has 2 tablespoons of sugar so it isn’t too bad. The berries will give it a little more sweetness without the processed sugar element. To make waffles; combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl, once mixed well add in the milk, melted oil and vanilla. Grab your waffle iron and scoop out for your desired size. Add fresh berries on top and if desired; puree a punnet of raspberries to drizzle on top. Yumm!!
