1 pkg rice noodles
1 carrot
1 capsicum
snow peas
soy sauce
sweet chili sauce

How To
Start by cooking your rice noodles for about 10 minutes in warm water, once they’re cooked drain them & rinse with cold water (prevents sticking). As the noodles are cooking steam/cook the veggies in soy sauce. Once both are cooked and ready put them in a bowl and mix in a bit of sweet chilli sauce and enjoy this quick & nutritious meal!
