After practicing meditation for the past twenty years, I decided it was time to teach others and show people you didn’t have to be a guru or a monk in order to meditate and find peace in your life.

These days, in this hectic non stop world of ours, people assume that stress is a normal way of life. Everyone is in a constant state of Fight or Flight. Unfortunately this has an incredibly unhealthy and negative effect on our bodies, minds, emotions and spirits, leaving us depleted, drained, flat, anxious, stressed, and very often riddled with disease.

Meditation is one of the single best things you can do for yourself and benefits you emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Once you introduce meditation into your day you will begin to notice subtle shifts taking pale, creating an uplifting and positive effect in all areas of your life:

Emotionally – Calms & centres you.

Mentally – Initiates clarity of thought and creativity.

Physically – Promotes health and wellbeing.

Spiritually – Connects you to all that is.

My advice?

Free Your Mind – Free Yourself! Meditate.
