Van has been a registered psychologist in private practice for over 10 years, She has helped men and women of diverse ages and backgrounds find relief from symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief and trauma by developing their self-compassion.
Since 2016, She has focused on helping overwhelmed spiritual working mums clarify their life priorities and become aware of how they’re using their energy so that they can consciously integrate all facets of their life.
It’s so easy to be distracted by family and work demands, by the internet and by the general busy-ness of the world around us. When our attention is pulled in so many directions, it can be hard to stay centred and focused on what truly matters. The first step back to our authentic Self is to value today. Regardless of what’s happening to us, or what we’ve done in the past, we can stop living by default and start consciously living our lives today. How? When we turn towards ourselves through developing healthy, sustainable habits of self-awareness, self-care and self-love, we nourish our mind, body and spirit. And when we do that, we stop living in survival mode and begin to flourish in all aspects of life.
