Naz’s passion for teaching has encouraged her to walk on the path of being a Yoga Teacher. She is a Fitness Instructor and felt she could help her clients even more with her Yoga practice. Naz’s Yoga Fit class focuses on the key poses of Yoga, along with cardio-activity, to keep her clients feel energised, and active.
Naz is also teaching the Basic Yoga Fundamentals Yoga Class where she brings in the flavour of Yoga philosophy by focusing on different aspects every week. She brings a sense of yogic-awareness and love to her practice, and aims to cultivate this in her teaching.
