Japanese yoga is a more dynamic style of yoga & works into meridian systems (acupuncture points) of the body. Breath is used with every movement to shift Qi (energy) through the body to release stagnation.
There is a large focus on strengthening the core, bringing strength & power to the body as well as gaining flexibility. It’ll also bring calm & ease to the mind. You will walk away feeling more balanced, invigorated, strong & alive.

Get fit while bonding with your baby in this fun & gentle yoga class designed especially for mum’s & their babies. The class involves gentle exercises for mum; to restore strength after birth, stretching, relaxation, breathing exercises, & a little play time with your baby.

Begins January 10th, Wednesdays 10am – 11am
Space is limited to 13 mum’s & bub’s so book asap.
Babies need to be able to hold their head up & not be walking yet (ideally 4-7 months old). We understand that you may have to feed or comfort your baby during the class, that’s perfectly ok.
Class on hold temporarily but if you would like to begin with your mothers group please contact us and we can set up a time for your group.
